In regards to Ms [redacted] 's complaint, I am attaching a copy of her Buyer's Guide, displaying her signature on both the front and back As you can see on the front of the document, we provided her with a limited warranty that was valid for days or 1,miles (whichever came first).Ms [redacted] brought the vehicle back in May of 2014, well after the limited warranty had expired We replaced the air conditioner compressor at that point; and told her then that any further issues would not be covered by the dealership's limited warranty The air conditioning was functioning properly when she picked up the vehicle from us.We have explained to Ms [redacted] that, regrettably, she has exhausted the original warranty that was placed on the vehicle However, at the direction of our General Manager, I have been authorized to extend to Ms [redacted] an offer of customer goodwill.The offer is that we will cover half of the cost of the repair for the issue related to the air conditioning, if Ms [redacted] covers the other half We will require that the work be done here, at our facility This offer only covers the existing complaint related to the air conditioning as outlined in the complaint that she originally submitted to your office.Please extend this offer to Ms [redacted] on our behalf If she would like to avail herself of our assistance, she can contact me or Isaac at our telephone number listed below.Thank you so much for your assistance regarding this matter We will look forward to your response, ***

I bought a car from them and it had a 50/50 warranty on it the very next day after purchasing it the air breather hose blew in half the timing belt broke in half and the head cracked and head gasket blew and I didn't even drive the car for 24 hrs they said that it was my fault and I had caused this to happened they did fix my car I give them that but they didn't provide proof they worked on it like they're suppose to they would tell and say ride things when I would be calling just to ask simple questions they are the most rude service I have ever dealt with they wouldn't give me any proof they bought or did any service to my car at all even though it is my car. I would never refer anyone here I have had nothing but problems my radiator hose blew a week later and my reverse gear is going out and they never informed me there was a reported wreck there is no way this car was inspected.

Review: When we bought the yukon the a/c didnt work. They agreed to fix it. They threw some parts at it and could get it to work for a couple day and then it would stop working. We have taken it back 3 times and still doesnt work. Now theynrefuse to do anything else and told us it is our problem.Desired Settlement: I want the a/c fixed correctly. So that I can go out to my truck in 2 days, 2 weeks, or 2 months and haveIit work and blow out cold air. Not work for 2 days and then nothing but air blowing out of then vents.
