I ordered and PAID for a custom made necklace from [redacted] Vasquez at the Italian Festival in Reno October 2015. [redacted] said to give her two weeks and she would mail it to me. I never received the necklace. I have called and left messages, sent emails and have had no response. I called the [redacted] who puts on the event and they have also tried to contact the owner, again no response. Very frustrating because I feel robbed! Tag Thiz sent [redacted] an order that apparently another business had placed. It wasn't our order so we sent it back to the company by certified mail. Unfortunately, Tag Thiz had our credit card on file and charged the order to our company. We have made numerous attempts to make contact with the owner through messages left on answering machine, and several emails. This has been continuing since April 2015. We would like to get it resolved.
