Boston Family Dental has the worst front desk/ customer serviceI called for emergency appointments twice within the last years and they gave 3-weeks later appointments instead and still charged those as 'Emergency visits'After suffering for 2-weeks, when finally the Dentist saw my teeth, once last year for a broken tooth & then this year for a broken crown, they charged both the insurance & myself for 'Emergency visits'When I complained and asked to talk to the manager Ms***, nothing happenedThe manager was: 'busy', 'not in today', 'at a different location' and finally yesterday 'in China now'She never ever called back, neither last year nor this yearI requested to get in-touch with the owner, Dr*** but they refused saying 'he has nothing to do with the administrative actions'On my visit last year, the dentist took a look at the broken tooth and said 'just leave it like that till you decide to pull it out completely' and did not do anything but I was ch

Review: I am a the owner of a new Optical Business. I hired Devington Technologiesto help me apply for the different medical and optical insurances in order to grow my business. The fee was 250 per plan. I believe I applied to at least 8. I have received responses from 0. The insurance plans which I alone have applied to I have already been accepted on. On at least twelve occasions I have called the office and everyone in the company is either in a meeting or has to call me back. I never received a call back from any of the messages I have left. Last phone call I waited 18 minutes for an answer on hold and still everyone is in a meeting.Desired Settlement: I would like the money that was directly debited from my bank account to be refunded for failure to provide services.
