** *** St., ***, NY *** be listed as an invalid complaint due to it being a 3rd party claim. Our contract for the deceased was with his wife, *** ***, and we feel it would break our contract with her to release information to anyone other than her. I have attached a contract which is signed by Mrs*** *** as the person giving us permission to handle her husbands arrangements.
