This company installed a brand new furnace in our home in Last night (November 2015), a part went outWe called this company to service the furnaceThey gave us the run around about warranty not being in our name and $to transfer the warrantyThen Moe *** quoted us $for labor because it was a brand new furnaceHe told us he had to pick up the part and later called us to tell us the total was $193!! We refused and stated we would call another companyHe told us that they had to drive minutes to pick up the part and we would have to pay for the travelWe stated that gas was under $a gallon and no way that it would cost us $in gas to pick up a part that should have NEVER been brokenHe lowered the charge to $We should have never had to pay this amount for a brand new furnace and the company constantly gave us different amounts, came back, left, and we felt cheated by this companyWe will never use this company again

This company installed a brand new furnace in our home in 2013. Last night (November 2015), a part went out. We called this company to service the furnace. They gave us the run around about warranty not being in our name and $50 to transfer the warranty. Then Moe [redacted] quoted us $69 for labor because it was a brand new furnace. He told us he had to pick up the part and later called us to tell us the total was $193!! We refused and stated we would call another company. He told us that they had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the part and we would have to pay for the travel. We stated that gas was under $2.00 a gallon and no way that it would cost us $124 in gas to pick up a part that should have NEVER been broken. He lowered the charge to $116. We should have never had to pay this amount for a brand new furnace and the company constantly gave us different amounts, came back, left, and we felt cheated by this company. We will never use this company again.
