The customer was very nice through this transaction I told her I was paying $217.00 for her Lic. plates we charged her $15.00 because of the length of time. Im sure she has received the title now. I would like to apologize to her.

Review: I live in a different county & found a car online from this dealer. I purchased the vehicle & the dealer said they would mail the pink slip. It's been a year & my car was impounded recently for no tags. I had contacted the dealer several times throughout the year & he kept saying he'll go Tuesday or the DMV is not doing their job. & as long as I had the temporary plates in the window, I was ok. It has been 3 weeks since my car was taken & I have been calling him everyday & all I get again is Tuesday for sure.Desired Settlement: For the time being I need the pink slip ASAP so I can pay the necessary fees & get my car out. It is my only secure way of getting to work.
