Customer purchased item through our eBay platform.  We shipped item using FedEx with tracking [redacted] which shows item was delivered.  Per our policy along with eBay's policy, we are only responsible to ship item to customers address on file.  Any issues customer has...

including lost or stolen needs to be resolved with FedEx directly by opening up a case with FedEx.  Customer has attempted to open case through eBay which eBay closed and sided with us the seller.  I have attached screen shot so you can see.  Customer is now committing fraud by opening a credit card dispute with their card through the payment platform PayPal.  We are currently locked in a decision with PayPal currently.As we stated numerous times, customer needs to resolve with FedEx.

I am rejecting this response because: As I keep telling you Fedex keeps telling me that you have to release it to me with a release waiver or you have to file the claim. I will fax you the transcripts from my many conversations with Fedex. I do not get why you can't grasp what I am saying to you. I never asked for a replacement table or money back from you I am simply asking you to file the claim or release it to me with the waiver because you are the seller/shipper so they (Fedex) won't do anything until you do one of those things. With the release waiver it takes you the seller out of the equation. I will be more than happy to contact you on a 3-way call so that Fedex can tell you this.
