The desired outcome is that they want to return the car back whick I still have in my possession do to someone else's negligent

Dealers often advertise the lowest possible price and may include certain incentives that not all customers will qualify to receiveWhen a price states that it includes certain incentives it is a"net" price that would increase if an incentive is not available to a particular customerIE: A vehicle
advertised with a price of $20,INCLUDING a $loyalty rebate would be $21,if the custom did not qualify for the loyalty rebateThis is what occurred in this instance. At an agreed upon price of plus tax we agreed to install *** ***.We ultimately completed the transaction with the customer at the $plus tax and still provided her with brand new mats at no additional chargeWhile there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the incentive, we believe that the end result was fair to all and the customer paid what she wanted to pay, The final price the customer paid was BELOW the advertised price and included floor mats at no additional charge

I just want to state that since this car was sold as "certified pre-owned" then I was entitled to floor mats as part of the policy.  Nissan of Devon is acting like a special concession was given by providing me with floor mats.
I was entitled to them as part of the certified pre owned policy.
I have an email stating the price of the car was $12,445 - that is advertising if stated in an email with no other stipulations included in the email.
And the "incentives" were never clearly explained to me.  Again, very arbitrary.
It is fine to close this complaint.

devon nissan is not a honest business all they care about is making a sale and ripping people off they do not return call, nor treat people with respect at all I have tried to work with them before I contacted nissan customer service, the CEO and the RevDex.com which they did not respond to, if they were honest and had nothing to hide they would of responded.. so please be aware of this business.

When the customer came in to purchase a vehicle they had stated that they had a checking account. When the bank went to verify the checking account it was noted that they...

did not have a checking account they only had a savings account. Due to the miss information on the part of the customer the nature of the approval that was given by the lending institution changed. The customer will be eligible for resubmittal on March 5, 2017. We would be happy to sell them a vehicle at a time once were able to obtain a cashable contract. If you have any questions or concerns on this matter please fill free to contact me.Sincerely,Richard A[redacted]General Sales Manager[redacted]@devonnissan.com[redacted]

07/01/14To whom it may concern,I have left several messages to contact [redacted] as to the status of ID number [redacted]. Nissan of Devon has come to an agreement with the customer, [redacted], and refunded her the prorated amount of $969.88 on June 12. We consider this matter...

closed.

To Whom It May Concern,This is our last and final response we will be giving to [redacted] complaint. I apologize for not realizing there were two tires replaced and I will enclose an additional $145 for the second tire. When the vehicle was brought to Devon Nissan for Service we had discovered there was not a necessity to replace the tires, if we had felt they needed to be replaced we would have been done so free of charge to Mr. [redacted]. We can not speak as to what another service facility would deem necessary for a repair to a vehicle. The customer choose to take the vehicle to another facility, that was his decision to make however it was at his own expense to do so.Again, Devon Nissan never sold this package to this customer it was the prior owner he purchased it from. Therefore no monies were exchanged between Mr. [redacted] and this company and no refund by us will be rendered. The only thing Devon Nissan did for customers that were sold this package by the previous owner was to cover the repairs incurred under the conditions of the package. We did this for good will purposes only. -Please understand NO money was received by Devon Nissan from Mr. [redacted].We consider this matter closed and will respond no further.Regards,Mike C[redacted] General Manager of Devon Nissan

Why do l have to go somewhere else? Devon Nissan denied to offer me the prepaid service. They took my money, they have to give it back. Now regarding the partial reimbursement. Dealing with them it is a headache and time and money wasting. At least my last 2 experiences can voucher my claim.

In the case of [redacted] came in to buy a vehicle at Devon Nissan on November 12, 2016. At the time of purchase, [redacted] questioned the price and the amount financed. It was fully explained to her in the finance office during the process, she stops the finance manager during his process...

to go over the breakdown of the numbers with myself. The final amount that she is financing includes the negative equity from her pay off. She owed $18,246 on a 2014 [redacted] whose value wasn't as much as she owed on the vehicle, so there was some negative equity that needed to be rolled over into the new loan, which we made her fully aware of She expressed that she was unhappy with the vehicle she was currently in at the time (2014 [redacted]) and wanted to get out of it into another vehicle. Her finance rate is 0.9%, therefore, making it easier for her to pay down the principal balance on the amount that she is financing. After she purchased the new vehicle from Devon Nissan she reaches out to us and we contact her again to explain the breakdown of the numbers. I'm a little confuse with a complaint being as though there was no foul play here. She seemed to be happy with the deal the day of purchase. The finance amount was explained to her by two different managers before she signed any paperwork. If you have it if you have any other questions or concerns please feel fee free to reach out to us.Sincerely,Richard AGeneral Sales Manager
