Our customer has received the missing blind and it has been installed as of 11/25/14.  We apologize for the delay and inconvenience.  Thank you.

From: Scott [redacted] [mailto:[redacted]] Sent: Thursday, February 05, 2015 12:40 PM To: drteam Cc: 'Scott [redacted]' Subject: # [redacted] - [redacted] Revdex.com, I spoke to Ms. [redacted] on 1/27/15 via telephone and discussed her complaint.  She was understandably upset with the...

lack of communication from our employee handling her service.  I requested to personally inspect all of her issues and develop a plan of action which we did the next day. The items she was concerned with were as follows: Possible leaks at several windows Spots on rear splash of master vanity marble top Paint in master commode 2 different colors Master shower missing silicone at glass Nails show in hall bath when hot water produces steam Hall bath missing gout in a few places Grout in tile floor at master bedroom entry discolored Garage entry door showing daylight around door Garage door not sealed (was a trimmer that needed to be caulked to the dry wall) Two doors needed to be adjusted to close properly. Our commitment was to have the window company test the windows to see if there was indeed any leaks or if it was condensation.  I also gave her the choice to leave the hall bath as is or we could paint with semi-gloss paint to prevent the spots from appearing.  All other items we agreed to correct in a timely manner. I also let Ms. [redacted] know that I apologize for the unnecessary frustration and if further issues arise in which she needs assistance she can call me directly at [redacted]. My representative handling the issues in her home has been in contact with her since the meeting and we should have everything complete very soon. Thank you, Scott [redacted] Vice President of Operations [redacted] Homes

29th the drywall repair man patched the hole.  We scheduled the painter to complete the texture and paint on Saturday October 31, however due to extreme weather conditions we rescheduled the painter for Saturday November 7.
