Patient is aware of our cancellation policy and has been repeatedly cancelled her appointments Our time is just a s valuable as our patients' time and we require a hour cancellation notice as she is aware and states in her complaint

I contacted [redacted] and He came back in for finish of his treatment and has resumed his relationship with us.

And most of all, since the issue was resolved in a way I had requested, I'd say that the resolution is satisfactory.
