Review: I am not happy with the way this business handles their payments. I pay my bill on time every month. The problem is this, I have made my payments according to when I get my retirement pay. I get my pay usually around the last Thursday of the month. I have made my payment sometimes on the 29 or 30 for the next month. I just went in today to make my August payment and was told I had a late fee. I informed the office I made my payment for July and was told no you didnt. Then the person said oh I see you paid twice in June. YOU Have To Pay in the month the payment is due. Now I have a tramatic brain injury where I don't remember a lot of things but I try to not miss my payments. Now I have to pay again for August. This is not accept because I am on a limited income and have to pay another payment when in fact I am paid current.Desired Settlement: I would like my account audited and if there shows two payments in the month, late fees reversed and the money I paid applied to my amount owed. I shouldn't have to pay again for August, since according to my records I am paid current. Employees should also be instructed to notify customers what month they are paying for so the customer is aware they can't pay in advance of the month the payment is due.
