I found Devon's through *** *** and knew very little about them They showed up on time, were incredibly nice and did an excellent job My BMW looks like new and it was very dirty when I turned it over to them!!! It had Devons Mobile Detail out to my home yesterday to detail my 2010 VW - They did an outstanding job!!! I was very impress with their service. They were polite - pleasant and very efficient. My car looks and smells like new!! I showed it off to several neighbors who have asked for cards so they can also use this company. I would recommend them!

After many phone calls to schedule an appointment using a Groupon that [redacted]'s offered I finally had a date and time scheduled. Once the tech ([redacted]) arrived at my residence he asked if he could wash the vehicle in my garage. I stated no due to lack of space. [redacted] was visibly put out by this for his attitude changed immediately. He parked behind my vehicle and got out to do a walk around my vehicle to as the job ahead. As he did this I stepped into my house for a couple of minutes. When I came back outside the tech had driven off without a word and never returned. I called [redacted]'s office and talked to their scheduler who stated that she would relay the incident to the owner [redacted] who would call me back. As of this writing I have never heard back from [redacted] or any representative of [redacted]'s Mobile Detail! What kind of business iss this anyway?! You prepay for the service & they come out and leave without saying a word!

[redacted] Owner of Devon's sent 2 people to work on my vehicle and then told them to leave with out doing the work. I called the office where no one was answering the phone and no voice mail to pickup. Then I was given [redacted]'s cell phone number ([redacted]) by the detail guy. When I talked to him he quoted "fine print policy" from his website, that doesn't exist. (See Screen shots from website). When I read to him the policy "fine print" verbatim from the coupon he swore at me calling me a [redacted] telling me my vehicle was a piece of "[redacted]" and that I wouldn't tip his guys well enough then hung up the phone on me. In the mean time he folks drove away. THIS IS AFTER THEY WERE PAID!
They use coupon scams to get paid up front and then do not honor the job. His people did NO WORK, but attempted to UPSELL me on site. I agreed to the upsell but when they heard [redacted] (The owner) swear at me they gave the money and drove away.
[redacted] is using this scam to take money in advance we've bought and paid for 2 cars to be detailed and have NOTHING to show for it but an empty wallet. We plan on fighting this with the Credit Card company and the Coupon company but EVERYONE should know about his unethical business practices and SCAM tactics to shake down and collect money in advance, then not perform.

I bought this on [redacted] and they were very good. They were very friendly and extremely accommodating when it came to my schedule. They were quick and thorough and worth twice what I paid. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE TO ANYONE.

Just had my 2011 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab detailed by the crew and they were fantastic. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions prior to scheduling the appointment and I got a reminder call the day before my appointment which is always great customer service in my book.
I would highly recommend Devon's to anyone I know.

I purchased detail services via a [redacted] in June 2013. Made several attempts to contact them to schedule an appointment and never received a call back. I was able to cancel my voucher with [redacted] on 10/6. Not sure what this business is up to, but customer service is not it.

The team came out on time and ready to work. They did an outstanding job cleaning the car inside and out. They were courteous and professional taking pride in what they did. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Review: I purchased a full detail for $185 hoping to get a better job than the local car washes. The car belonged to my son and had spent two years in Washington DC. There were lots of leaves and grime from the city in the nooks and crannys. It was raining and a bit dark on the day they came....unusual for Phoenix.... and they washed the car on the driveway in the rain, then did the detail in my garage. When finished I inspected the car and had them redo several areas inside the car. They were not happy. I paid them and the next day when I pulled out of my garage, I noticed the mounds of dirt and grime left on my driveway from the wash. I also noticed the wax job was terrible. It looks as though they left the wax on the car without buffing. I was able to rub it off in a small area with a rag for a pretty good shine.

I called the company and was told the owner would call me back to fix the problem, but I did not hear back. I called twice more and left a message. This company does not do a good job and does not stand behind the work they do.Desired Settlement: To either have them refund my money or wax the car as promised
