Came to Devotion Diamonds looking to purchase an engagement ring for my finance.
Went through a design process with the team and found they were very helpful.
All seemed fine until I had another jeweler quote the same ring devotion was making for me. It turns out they wanted over $3,000 more (on just the setting - no diamond) than a fair jeweler was charging.
I ended up canceling my order with them.
Highly recommend shopping around before spending money with this jeweler.

Review: In February, my husband and I went into Devotion to consult about creating a ring design. We agreed on a design and put the ring on layaway. In order for the ring to be designed officially, half of the balance must be paid. The company made the ring on their own without prior authorization from myself. In addition, the ring was not half paid and I did not "sign-off" on the design prior to the making of the ring. When I spoke to the sales representative about how I was unhappy with the ring design, they informed me they could not make any alterations because it was a customized product. They did state they would give me a store credit, but no refund on the item. I went to the store to describe how I could potentially use the store credit, and the store is unwilling to work with my requests. I wanted to potentially purchase just the setting due to that I am unhappy with the service, and wanted to use my credit in some manner. However, they won't accommodate the request of getting just a setting, claiming that they cannot sell the product without the diamonds. The merchant remains unwilling to work with me. I asked to speak to a [redacted], but there is no management for this merchant or customer service to contact to try and work on this.Desired Settlement: At this time, it would be preferable to get a full refund since the merchant made it clear that they cannot accommodate any of my wants of just the setting itself. Also, the merchant designed the ring prior to me "signing off" on the ring.
