The product this company is selling is far over priced! I purchases a facial peeling serum from a kiosk at my local mall (Christiana Mall in Newark, De)First off their employees are very pushy and aggressive which is uncomfortableOnce they've stopped you they proceed to place their product on you without so much as askingAs the employee was raining me up I asked if I was able to return the product if I wasn't satisfied and he assured me I was able to return it if I wanted toI checked the receipt he gave me and it clearly stated returns within days after purchases for refund; exchanges days after purchaseI bought the product because of the results he showed me during the sell however, once I got home and tried out the serum that he gave me the results were completely differentI returned the next day to return the product and the so called "manager" of the kiosk told me I was not eligible for a refund because it was openedShe then went on to say I can't return the product because since it is used she can't resell the product so therefore, they take a hitAlso, she told me that the policy the company has is completely different then the one that the previous employee told me aboutBuyer beware! I believe this company displays more potent product to con the buyer into purchasing their product and sells watered down/ineffective serumsDefinitely not worth the hassleThe return policy is ridiculous and they do not inform the customer of the policies
