Revdex.com:I was not informed of the problems with the carI was told I needed to get my own keyThe car is not running because of the security system is messed upHad been since day one, I wasn't informed of thatIf I knew of the problems with the car I would have never bought the carAlso, you didn't even send in for a title until April 15, when I purchased the car on February 4th I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted]

In response to the complaint I spoke with Mr [redacted] this morning and told him I will check with the owner as soon as he arrives to see about his tagsUpon the arrival of the owner's arrival he informed me his tags will be here tomorrowThe customers title takes about 4-weeks to arrive at the address he gave us when he bought the vehicle however, it is out of our control, sometimes it takes a little longer they actually come from FrankfortThank You, [redacted]

My name is *** *** representative for *** Auto Sales Bowling Green Ky Due to miscommunication the temporary tag was not sent to the right addressWe gathered the correct information and the tag was sent immediatelySorry for the inconvenience

In response to this complaint: Ms *** was given a copy of all the paper work, and I the assistant went over the paper work with her line by line so that she would understand, She agreed and signed the Bill of sale that states she is buying the car "As Is"Everything she payed for is in her
paper work she paid 1,in cash and she was given 1,for trade in for a crown victoria and she only paid half of her taxes which we worked with her own and we don't usually do " in the amount of $ 233.00"In which she still owes the other half of $ The vehicle price was 6,before finance charge in which she was told and the finance charges and the other charges is all in her paper workShe states that the vehicle is in terrible shape .She looked at it and her husband test drove it to Wal-mart ,and to there home to find a wallet that her ferretts had drug behind her couch; and never once stated they wanted to return the vehicle due to problemsThe next day Ms *** calls stating she paid to much for the vehicle and we told her that we do not do refunds based on financial circumstances that's why we went over the paper work with you from the beginning and again the second timeSo now she proceeds to file a complaint wanting her money backI feel we have not done her any different than we have done any other customerIf anything we have treated her more than better, we tried to work with her by splitting her taxes in half, and we brought her in a second time and went over the paper work; to show her the paper work and she agreed and seen the finance charges on the paperworkThe only thing we had fixed was the wheel bearing and he told her that if she is having problems with it then she needs to take it back to the place we had fix it and he would take care of it because he had the car looked at and that was the only thing that showed up and he had itThank You, *** ***

This vehicle was purchased at $because it had minor issues that Mr*** was informed ofHe was also informed that the Impala had sit over two years and that it would be sold as isI can send documentations of the paper work if need be?

I would like to address a few comments made by DeWalt car lotFirst there is no way you can get a feel for a car that has the gas light onGoing around the block was our only options. The problems this car had was only known on the open highwayThe car he is refering to at a cheaper price was one someone found for us when we found we would have to return the Sebring because it has issues we could not afford to fix and issues that were not disclosed to us before buying the car.I had sold my own car the day I bought the one in question so thinking they would return my money within hrs of purchase I needed to buy another car or I would have NO car.So bringing it back BECAUSE we had found something cheaper was not a fact we were trying to find a replace for the one I was having to return. The issues that I was able to see before purchase were the air .Car lot owner assured me it only needed freon which was not the case mechanic said needed new compressor .The window that he claimed only needed a fuse actually needed new window motorHe also said he would make an appt with HIS mechanic to put in a fuse for the window but that would have involved me driving the car all the way back from where I live with is a good or more miles and waiting for the fix and he never said within a week .I understood the appt was being made for that dayI told him that once he got the window and air fixed I would see about buying it but he wanted to sell it that day and fix the window and air later. This should have been a warning to me.Lesson learned.I feel the owner played down these repairs in order to make a saleI am willing to accept refund on parts and labor.Replacement of working compressor for ACThe issue of bouncing tire and leaking air I will take care of tires myself

Revdex.com: I was only informed
that it needed power steering fluid aa new battery and keyMr*** did not inform me of anything else wrong with the carHe assured that it ran and drove goodCome to find out the transmission is bad, there are named wires every where, which is causing electrical problems in the carThe car is not safeThe car was not safe enough to be soldMr*** did not inform me of any accidents that the car has been involved in, but it has history reports on carfaxHe did sell it to me for dollars for minor problems, but he failed to report all the other stuff that is wrong with itThe other stuff, like transmission and wiring, are major problems not just minorI would like my money back that I paid for the car and the money I had put into the car just to make it driveable.

In response to the complaint I spoke with Mr. [redacted] this morning and told him I will check with the owner as soon as he arrives to see about his tags. Upon the arrival of the owner's arrival he informed me his tags will be here tomorrow. The customers title takes about 4-6 weeks to...

arrive at the address he gave us when he bought the vehicle however, it is out of our control, sometimes it takes a little longer they actually come from Frankfort. Thank You,  [redacted]

This response is for complaint [redacted] recieved a title a few weeks after the title was transferred in his name. There has been a misunderstanding. How ever there was a lien on the vehicle and since Mr [redacted] no longer resides in the state of Ky he got behind on his payment 3...

months. Once I recieved contact from him we settled on a pay off over the phone. I informed him in order to release the lien he must come to the office to recieved the release forms. I couldn't sign the forms myself because we do not have a power of attorney on Mr [redacted] which I clearly explained to him. If Mr [redacted] wants his title lien free he is going to have to come to the office and sign the lien release. Or I can mail him the lien release but he has yet to give me his current address.[redacted]

Subject: Claim #[redacted]   Dear Revdex.com,    I am stating the  first response remains "unchanged". The customer was told about the inital problems of the car at purchase that is why the car was sold at the price it was.  Thank You, Dewalt Auto Sales
