My husband and I rented a 10xstorage locker at The Storage Mall in [redacted] the last week of May The facility has a locked gate which requires a pin code to get inA week after renting our storage locker my husband and I noticed the locked gate was stuck open, allowing anyone to access a "locked" facilityI notified the property manager who took down my name and number, and assured me he would look into why the gate was brokenI noticed the next week after, the gate was still stuck open, allowing anyone to access the facilityI made a phone call to the property manager AGAINHe assured me he would follow up and get back to meHe NEVER called back, NEVER followed up, despite me calling him ONCE a week from the first week of JUNE to JULY 6th My husband went to the storage locker on July 17th and noticed the gate WAS SHUT and a sign was posted that said "push doorbell for service"...when he pushed the doorbell the gate opened, no pin code needed...allowing anyone again

Review: In early May of 2013, I returned my [redacted] 36V Lithium Battery powered Edger. I sent documentation stating that the tool was not even more than three months old, yet it failed to charge (the battery). As I did not know if the problem was with the battery or the charger, I returned both to the aforementioned address in [redacted], MD only after I confirmed that was the correct location to send it to. After many phone calls and several months later, another 36V lithium battery was sent to me to replace the battery I had. However, a charger was never sent back to me. So, in a few weeks, this issue will have gone more than a year unresolved. I've call the number listed to receive status on numerous occasions and I usually get a very short, unhelpful answer of "haven't heard anything yet" or "on back order". I simply would like the charger so that I can use this item that I purchased last spring. I used the edger maybe twice before the battery died. Now it needs a charge. I paid for a charger when I purchased the edger and that's exactly what I should have. And it goes without saying that it is absolutely ridiculous that it has nearly been a year without a reasonable resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like a charger sent to me ASAP. I feel that I have been more than patient. If it is determined that there is a recall and the charger is defective, then [redacted] should refund me some portion of the cost of the edger. I would much rather prefer to simply have the charger if possible in short period of time, but a cash refund would be desired in the event that this is not possible due to the "back order".
