I ask that Dewalt direct me who in [redacted] within the Dewalt organization I can call Additionally they suggest I deal with FNA I have dealt with FNA and they refuse to honor the Dewalt warranty The pump comes with a year warranty and the machine is in its 2nd year FNA says a pump failure is a wear an tear issue and as such not warrantied Which leads me to ask, if a pump failure is wear and tear, then is there really any warranty? under what circumstances would the pump be covered by the warranty of years that Dewalt shows in the owners manual? FNA was rude to me on the phone They can do that as they have nothing to loose by denying me since their name is not on this product, and everything to gain since it will cost them to replace or fix it I am not a happy Dewalt customer and I will not let this issue rest until I have my warranty honored Regards, Gary ***
