I have applied for an auto refinance loan, submitted all the documents it is been more than a week, no response from the company, when I call all the numbers are not workingI hope it is not a scam, to get personal information

do not send one penny to this guy... every cent you give him will be a penny you will never see again. He is preying on the elderly. My father has sent them more than $1300 for a promise of a loan that he has not recieved in over a year. My dad will never get his money back, your dad shouldn't have to fall victim to the same scam.

Once they have your money they no longer answer your phone calls, the are always promising to call you back but they never do. Rude customer service the whole entire company lies, please don't wire any money to them because you will fight tooth and nail before getting it back.
