Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I am rejecting the response. The dealer provided some false information below and did not address the problem. I would like to respond back with the actual numbers given at the time of the sale, and other evidence that proves that the given information from the dealer is false. I would also like to address other problems I had with this dealer and discuss more about the bogus warranty that I did not want. These are some of the reasons why I would the case to be reopened.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. that is a lie I called mutilple times and was told the manager Sean was never there by Bonnie and Adam also contacted the bank credit acceptance was told I qualified for my loan and everything was perfect. Due to the dealership putting my army income first when I specifically said not to make that my primary income because I am a reservist in the Army they still continued to. I had to personally call the bank my self and get the problem resolved and was told by the representative I was good to go. The representative even contacted the dealership saying everything was fine. I then called them for my registration and was told I had to give $1000 in order to get it I guess it's because there mistake with the bank in messing up my income. They were getting less money for the deal. I have accurate paper work to show I was approved . And they ripped up my contract with out notifying me after 1 month having the vehicle and I have not been able to drive the car with out registration and title and it had effected me going to my army job upstate. Also puts my license in jeopardy. .
Sincerely,
