Dewayne's Auto Care

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not satisfied with Dewayne's Auto Shop's response to my complaint. I am attaching his response.
As I stated in my original complaint, Dewayne told me that he put 3 1/4 quarts of specialty fluid in my Volkswagen Passat. After taking my car to another mechanic, I found out that Dewayne had put less than 1 quart of fluid (that was certainly NOT the specialty type of fluid my car requires) in my car. The receipt from [redacted]  that Dewayne has attached to his response is illegible, so that does not prove that he put the specialty fluid in my car. You can barely make out that the receipt is only for 3 items and the price totaled to what appears to be $30; I was charged $63.56 for 3 1/4 quarts of fluid.
Again, there was only 1 quart of fluid in my car when I took it to another mechanic and it was NOT the specialty fluid my car requires, not to mention that the other mechanic stated that my car requires almost 6 quarts of fluid. Dewayne's Auto nearly ruined my transmission and charged me for fluid that was not put in my car.
I would like a refund of $73.56.

I have taken several vehicles to Dewayne's and he is very good and he is very reasonable on his pricing. I will contuine to take my vehicles to him and will highly recommend him.
