Customer called sometime in November, we told her we have the package here ready for pick-up. (all return check packages are to be picked-up at our office - The exception is if there is a package delivery scheduled for the school or if it is a neighbor island customer.) Customer refused to pick up the package at our office, requested a refund for the portrait order sight unseen. After continual dis-agreement with our pick-up policy an employee agreed to refund the package price. Notes on the refund request was not clear and not subsequently mailed out as of December 22, 2014.
Customer called on December 22nd, I talked to her and at the time couldn't verify if the refund had been sent or not. I offered to send the student's portrait package to the school with our next delivery and she agreed to that resolution.
Seeing as this was during the winter break, they do not get back to school until 1/12/2015. We have scheduled a delivery to the school for this week so that she can get it when her child gets back to school.
If she still does not want her child's portrait package, we can send the refund check to the school instead of the portraits with the delivery.
Please let us know which you prefer.
