due to false information received from him we were unable to follow through. Autoplex booked a trailer specially for this customer, we asked for the correct dimensions and were given the incorrect ones, as a result of receiving the incorrect dimensions we were unable to load the vehicle because it simply would not fit. I have been trying to get in contact with the customer toi let him know there was some miscommunication on our end. We will not be keeping the full $200.00 but we will be keeping $100.00 usually when a order is canceled on our end we do not charge a cancellation fee but in this case we have to in order to compensate the driver for the gas and time he spent to go out there was must charge the $100.00 as we did do everything on our end as we said. If the customer would give me a call I can go ahead and get the $100.00 we owe him settled.
