First of all ,they only replaced the motor one time and they got paid and that is the only time they replacedIt got nothing to do with the cheap repair they did on the manifold gasketLike I mentioned before, they misplaced many parts.
Second, they did not replace the thermostat I did it myself two weeks prior of taking it to their shopdollars for something they did not do? When they mentioned gallons of anti-freeze, they have to mix it with gallons of waterThat makes gallons of anti-freeze.
Isn't the rule 50/? Stop with the liesI'm tired of this They are trying to inflate the cost of the repair to justify their cheap repairEnough of this!

Dear [redacted]:
I am responding to the letter from you in regards to [redacted]...

[redacted].
Three years ago, we installed a used motor for [redacted] and he purchased the "Lifetime Warranty", for an extra $175.00. The warranty, however, covers in the case of the motor blowing up, NOT leaks, tune-up, water pumps, etc[redacted] was informed of the coverage.
Fernando was upset because a leaking gasket is not cover. We replaced the intake gasket for $270.00, upon completion, he wanted to inspect the work and road test the car before he paid the bill. I assumed upon his payment and inspection, that all was well.
Fernando NEVER called or came back in regards to these problems he mentioned in the letter to the Revdex.com. He lives right down the street from our business. I assume he is upset about the warranty, NOT our work! He never called or came back to Dewey Auto to rectify this "problem".
[redacted], we have been in business for 16 years, October 29, 1998, and we always strive for customer "delight" and satisfaction to the very best of our ability.
Thank you, and please advise at your earliest convenience.

I do not agree with [redacted]'s response.  I  pay 300 hundred dollars for the lifetime warranty of the motor, at that point [redacted] told me that the warranty will cover "everything ", of course, now it does not cover anything, I paid the 270 trusting that the car was well repair ,well" big mistake"on my part, because I did not inspected the car before I paid, when I open the hood I saw only one bolt holding the ignition coil module bracket so I told [redacted] when you are gone to  fix it he told me that he won't, because he already spend  too much time on  the repair, so I have to take the car because he already had the money .Well since he was not willing to correct the problem  I  decide to rise the complaint , as I  explained  before one bolt was not the only problem  .alternator bracket, missing bolts ,broken belt tensioner ,the tensioner has a pin that it has to fit on a hole. The mechanic did not note this so the tensioner was flapping everywhere so the belt pops out ,power steering reservoir overfilled, power steering lines not attached to their bracket,s pipe assembly dented so it leaks, transmission fluid filler neck bracket was cut ,heater hose also has a cut ,gas lines safety clips missing ,spark plug wires not attached to the brackets, were flapping everywhere, windshield wiper motor plastic cover missing, motor mounting bolt was missing, power steering mounting bolt missing ,my car was sitting in my driveway till June 23 that is the day I finish the repairs, I went to wilbert's '' you pull'' yard and buy all this parts, I got the receipts I also have a ''video'' when I did inspect the car at home  and how it looks now, in my 30 years of driving I have never seen  a poor workmanship repair, by a mechanic auto shop  , I guess it was more for the money then to keep a customer ,on the 16 years of customer ''delight satisfaction''did not work on me.
