Dewey Beach Parasail

Review: I took my wife parasailing for the first time while we were in Delaware on vacation. We had asked for and paid for photos of the activity. We had stated if they made sure we received good pictures we would tip them since this was the wife's first time and they assured us they would take care of that request and that we would have great pictures.We paid a fee for the pictures. We were told they had lots of great photos and we provided a tip for the extra services we had agreed upon the great and extra shots. When we returned home we found the SD card was blank. We tried a number of computers and devices and cameras none read the card having any data. We took to photo shop...it also confirmed the card was blank. The Dewey beach parasail company in my opinion is running fraud and scam on tourists. They are charging for services which they do not provide. They have a sign stating they work for tips. They had offered to take extra pictures and better shots if the received a tip. Regular shots being take off and some aloft in the air. We requested pics of take off, landing, aloft and being dipped in the water....that was agreed to and no pictures not even the package we paid for and received a ticket for was provided on SD CARD. They ask where we all were staying, what hotel, jobs and other information I feel was being used to either target or take advantage of the customers. Prior to signing the charge slip I asked if we had the pictures we wanted and they had stated we did. I asked if they are sure since this was wife's first time they said yes. I added a tip on top of the photo charge in accordance with our verbal contract for extra services we requested. I feel that the verbal binding contract and the sign stating they do work for tips which is adhered to the boat and directed towards the customers and very visible represents a contract for services once an agreement is reached both verbal for the (extra photos) and written the(photo package) paid for separately from the parasail tickets see doc.Desired Settlement: I request refund of 40.00 for extra services verbally contracted and I request 25.00 photo package refund ticket for photo package which was separate from parasail tickets is attached therefore I request a total of 65.00 refund for photos not delivered or taken and verbal binding contract not fulfilled and suspected fraud upon customers.
