The customer was serviced in January 2017, and her service was posted in our system on January 25th 2017. At the rate $60.00 for the Bi-Monthly charge. From March of 2017 through the end of July 2017, the office staff made multiple attempts to collect In- house for services that were done...

during January 2017. After failure to reach the customer or receive a call back, she was finally sent to collections in July of 2017. The customer was not serviced in March due to the balance that was owed from January. Then she was skipped again in May and July. That would explain why no one had showed up to her house for months. The service for January 2017 has not been paid for and she was cancelled and sent to collections on July 31st 2017.

12 months being fulfilled. These complaints were handled immediately with different options to make this client happy, including sending out a seasoned supervisor to address any concerns. However, while we make every effort to rectify any service related issues, if our client is not fully satisfied with his/her service, we may waive this early re-imbursement fee if he/she cancels the contract. this client was contacted on August 24th by management where it was granted to cancel the contract without an early re-imbursement fee. The client was satisfied of this decision.
This complaint may have been filed prior to Dewey Pest Control management contacting this client.
