I hired *** *** to complete general handyman work on our home this last springSince then a closet door that he supposedly worked on has been broken and is unusableI feel that he purposely waited for his contracted "warranty" period, then he ignored meI have emailed him numerous times and he refuses to contact me backWe are neighbors and he still ignores meHe supplied very cheap materials and products and his workmanship was also bad, hence the now unusable closet doorWe are trying to sell our home and he made it look worseI do not appreciate being ripped off and ignored, I especially do not appreciate being ripped off and ignored by a NEIGHBOR! I want our closet door fixed properly or I want a refund including the labor, materials and the cost of a new door*** was also supposed to fix a front window, he conveniently left this out of the contract and said he would fix it after he ordered the partsEvery time I spoke to him,he said the parts were not inJust be honest with me, you e either cant fix it, dont know how or dont want toIm tired of horrible unprofessional contractors ripping people off
