This review is posted after the fact that *** *** cannot do mortgage business in the state of GA for years; given that, I was very misled by the information provided by his office about what would be required at closingHis staff was not proactive in providing me information on the status of my closing In fact, I received a call from the attorney's office stating that I need to come to his office that afternoon and have a $certified check ready to close because the mortgage papers needed to be signed that day Fortunately, I am in a financial position that I could do just that; but, I was told it would be a "0" closing with all costs rolled into the new refinanced mortgageIn addition, his company offered a $rebate on a closed loan within post closure that I had to document by emailI had to send emails and call *** *** twice a before receiving the rebate
My recommendation is not to do business with this person at this time Perhaps he will reform and people do deserve to have a second chance But, I would not use him again
