2. We have a monthly cleaning service who was at the property on the 18th for recurring janitorial service and notified the...
office that a Resident was moving out and had left property on the sidewalk.
3. Cleaning service was asked to remove and we billed back Mr. [redacted] account.
4. This is a small four unit building and no other units were vacating.
5. We can only assume that Mr. [redacted] had left the personal property on the sidewalk for the Scavenger service or Goodwill to pick up. There is no record that he contacted this office to arrange for a pickup.

After receiving my reduced deposit I contacted [redacted] via email at Dewolf with my concerns on 3/20/14. I included my argument made in this complaint.
She stated:
"I will have to talk with the Property Manager and get back to you."
I received no reply from her. Or any reply to my emails to her on:

Eventually I tried calling her, my first two calls after I requested [redacted] and being told she was available, mysteriously went straight to voicemail after I stated my name. Needless to say the voicemails I left were not answered.
Finally on 5/10/14 Ester answered the phone. She stated yes she had talked to the property manager and the charges were valid. When I asked for clarification on the reasoning she stated that was all she new and that I would have to talk to the property manager myself to gain more insight. Note, none of the detail provided in the response here was made available to me.
I therefore asked for a way to contact the property manager, [redacted] stated she would pass * message on for him to call me, I asked if that meant that he would actually call me, [redacted] stated that all she could do was pass [redacted] message on. I requested a direct phone number to be able to follow up with the property manager myself, however [redacted] said she could not provide me with this. Following this conversation on 5/10/14 I immediately sent an email to [redacted] with my contact information to be forwarded to to the property manager.
Since that date I have received no further communication from Dewolf and decided that I should contact Revdex.com. I am willing to provide the email chain I have outlined here, I hope I have made it clear that I certainly did have contact with Dewolf, and that the Dewolf personnel indicated that the property manager had indeed been notified of my complaint.
I believe this highlights an utter disregard for the truth and is utterly unacceptable.
On to the matter at hand. I repeat, the furniture was not mine. I was indeed the only person moving out to my knowledge, however other tenants were moving in, and had filled the garage with pretty junky looking furniture. Could it have been them that decided to dispose of some of it on the street? Additionally that street corner was often a location where items were left as it is an easy pull of from the busy Lombard street. Frankly I don't really care to speculate further as to where the furniture came from, as it is not my problem. It was not mine, and I cannot just be charged for it.
I suggest Dewolf finally do some straight shooting instead of hiding behind mistruths. That is why I asked the Revdex.com to help me on this matter.
