The individual that answered the phone was warm and extremely professional. She was very up-front about availability and took care in noting down my plumbing issue. The technician that came out to the house was not only very professional and friendly; he was early which was nice. He carefully explained the cost (which I would challenge any other company to beat), and once he started the work, he was done quickly. In fact, the bit of mortar he had to replace around the exterior hose bib looked better than the original build job!
