attendance. The reason three different students worked on the client's hair was in order to accommodate all of her services. The student who did her color had to leave, therefore, two other students did the other services. The rods were taken out of the client's hair when she was under the dryer because the neckline had perm rods due to the client's short hair, which require a shorter time to dry. The tip the client talks about was a misunderstanding between the student and client. Mosi was not trying to tell the client how much to tip him; he just wanted to be sure that the student who did the color; and had to leave received her share of the tipOur students are still outstanding, but they are students in training, not professionals. We will be happy to refund the client the $30 tip she gave the students. . The check will be mailed to Ms. [redacted] this p.m. and we hope that she will continue to receive services from our school.
