Customer has been given a loaner vehicle ( no charge for the loaner - need proof of insurance and pays for the gas that he uses) to drive until his vehicle is ready to go
We have kept *** updated, most of the unavoidable delays have been out of our control: ie: using used replacement engines-per customers request, engines that were found-not good, etc

Delivery date is the issueThe January 24, delivery date was not met and a new delivery date of February 8, is now the new delivery dateIf this new date is not met, I want *** to have the car towed to another shop that will make my car a priority and pay all expenses or everyday passed the February 8th due date, $per day be subtracted from the amount owed until delivery of the carI'm hoping these options will persuade him to make my car a prioritySIX MONTHS is completely an unacceptable time to service any carI've been more than patient and am tired of excuses which he seems to have plenty of
