Review: I am being falsely accused of owing a larger monthly car payment. My original car payment that was agreed upon when I purchased my vehicle in March 24, 2014 was $474.00 . I have paid my car payments on time ever since. I can provide documentation of electronic checks that have been processed from my checking account. Dexta Federal Credit Union is claiming that I owe monthly payments of $997.93 since June of 2014. They have also added on late charges as well. They told me that they have added a larger amount to my monthly payments because they did not receive my insurance claim declaration paperwork. I have since provided them my declaration paperwork via fax which shows proof of my vehicle insurance since the day I purchased the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I would like for Dexta Federal Credit Union to properly update there information, drop the late financial fees and put my monthly payments back to the original amount of $474.00 If this can not be done then I would like to request a refund of all money given to Dexta and they can have there vehicle back. Also I would like for any negative information given to the credit bureaus to be corrected.
