Dexter would not pay for replacement brake assembly Brakes were replaced due to omission of parts
Had to have brake assemblies changed out because a small bushing was missing Brakes were probably not working

[redacted] was the second owner of a Jayco White Hawk trailer serial number ending in C14C0201 that involved an axle alignment issue. Attached are copies of the email correspondence in which as a customer-goodwill gesture, we provided him with 2 no charge replacement axles(copy of order attached) as outlined in our email to Mr. [redacted] dated 9/12/16.
Our warranty policy (attached) is for two-years from the original retail sale date of trailer. The original warranty is not transferable.
If this unit is not the same one in question, we would be more than happy to investigate the information on his trailer, any documentations or bills that he has for his reported trailer brake issue. We would need his vin, date of purchase, serial number on the axle and if he is the original owner of his trailer.
We apologize for any issues that he is having with our product.
