I am rejecting this response because: I will wait to accept any offer till I know about the washer sprayer/hose that was destroyedAs Scott knows the day I bought the car I brought the windshield to his attention and the only reason he had to wait to pick up the traded car was his dealerships faultThe dealership was handed a brand new title the day the car was traded, they decided after I bought the car to wait two weeks to call and lie to me and say they couldn't get an Ohio title and the tow truck wouldn't come get the car without the title being OhioThat is clearly a lie, they buy used cars and trust me 90% of them are out of state titles and all they do is turn them over to next buyer at auction or saleYes my dealership experience knows that I was again lied to, but I didn't argue, I did not need to give the dealership a Ohio title, they could have sold or traded that car at auction with a title from any stateyes he had to wait a week to get the title as we were new here and could only do it on a Satruday I even verified his statement with the DMV and she laughed and clearly said they just wanted out of the expense cause dealers do it all the time, which again I know I worked at one for years doing thisSo his tow truck expense was traded with a title that I legally should not have went and got for them.Expeses [redacted] he made a good off the cheap warranty he sold me, that again I am still waiting to hear from him on canceling it like I asked. Also, there wouldn't be a month wait on these issues if he would return the numerous calls I have made to that dealership and never received a call back even from top managementHe knew the second I was given the car back that the sprayer was not working and tried to get out of fixing it, he could have very well kept the car and called the window repair company at that time, but he chose to wait and wanted me to look at itHe shouldn't of even paid the company till they came and fixed it, that was the dealerships fault not mineAlso to make things perfectly clear I have not lived by t he dealership since he picked the trade up, so with schedules and distance there was no way I could get there during his hoursA simple phone should have been sufficient, and would ahve worked if they were not trying to get out of messAs well my phone number has been changed the other day and I now can be reached at ###-###-#### Regards, [redacted]

We have been in contact with this customer in an attempt to schedule her vehicle in for serviceService contact information has been provided for them to schedule at their earliest convenience. This vehicle was purchased from us July 2, and has not retuned for any service
issues. There was a minor crack on the lower dark tint band of the windshield that was difficult to detect but was replaced within days after delivery. A brake inspection was performed prior to delivery that resulted in resurfacing the front rotors to address a rubbing noiseI was informed of the clogged washer nozzle a few weeks ago and suggested they attempt cleaning itMy thought was it may have been clogged with wax, to avoid an unnecessary visit to serviceThe above issues are what I have been aware of and was of the opinion they have been addressedAny additional issues have not been brought to my attention prior to this notice. I will be happy to discuss them with ***.This vehicle was purchased four months ago as an "As Is Warranty" unitThe minor noted issues have been addressed accordingly on a good will bases

I am rejecting this response because: I will wait to accept any offer till I know about the washer sprayer/hose that was destroyed. As Scott knows the day I bought the car I brought the windshield to his attention and the only reason he had to wait to pick up the traded car was his dealerships fault. The dealership was handed a brand new title the day the car was traded, they decided after I bought the car to wait two weeks to call and lie to me and say they couldn't get an Ohio title and the tow  truck wouldn't come get the car without the title being Ohio. That is clearly a lie, they buy used cars and trust me 90% of them are out of state titles and  all they do is turn them over to next buyer at auction or sale. Yes my dealership experience knows that I was again lied to, but I didn't argue, I did not need to give the dealership a Ohio title, they could have sold or traded that car at auction with a title from any state. yes he had to wait a week to get the title as we were new here and could only do it on a Satruday.  I even verified his statement with the DMV and she laughed and clearly said they just wanted out of the expense cause dealers do it all the time, which again I know I worked at one for 9 years doing this. So his tow truck expense was traded with a title that I legally should not have went and got for them.Expeses [redacted] he made a good 1500 off the cheap warranty he sold me, that again I am still waiting to hear from him on canceling it like I asked. Also, there wouldn't be a 4 month wait on these issues if he would return the numerous calls I have made to that dealership and never received a call back even from top management. He knew the second I was given the car back that the sprayer was not working and tried to get out of fixing it, he could have very well kept the car and called the window repair company at that time, but he chose to wait and wanted me to look at it. He shouldn't of even paid the company till they came and fixed it, that was the dealerships fault not mine. Also to make things perfectly clear I have not lived by t he dealership since he picked the trade up, so with schedules and distance there was no way I could get there during his hours. A simple phone should have been sufficient, and would ahve worked if they were not trying to get out of mess. As well my phone number has been changed the other day and I now can be reached at ###-###-####.

I am rejecting this response because:It is not an accurate statement and has not been completed as of yet, the only thing accurate about it is that no service appointments were made cause I always dropped the car off to him not service and he never contacted me after multiple messages and this request for assistance from the Revdex.com. The vehicle is not fixed and Mitsubishi will look at it on 11/8/16. THe outcome is unknown until then, if they fix the issues they knew about when it was purchased and attenpted to be corrected but never completed fully.
