The vehicle was towed properlyWe have been in the towing/recovery business for a combined total of years + in OUR EXPERT opinion the vehicle was not damage due to us towing the vehicleWe are denying any claims made with regard to this vehicle

To whom it may concern,The vehicle in question was not towed inproperly, the car was not towed on a "tow dolly" such as the the ones you see behind a moving truck or rv, The dolly wheels we use are specifically made for tow trucks and raise all wheels off the groundIt is the same exact thing as the vehicle being on a flatbedAt no time did the towed vehicles wheels roll on the groundWe tried to explain this to the customer however she was not willing to understandAlso customer is not claiming any damage to the vehicles transmission or tiresThe original complaint was filed that her "power steering was no good" so the fact of the vehicle being a "4x4"has no bearing on customers complaintsAlso what customer is leaving out is this vehicle is registered and used as a NYC taxi cab which also means it endures more road abuse in NYC than an average vehicle due to the constant useCustomer keeps sending our office "how to tow your vehicle behind an RV" instructionsAgain this is not how the vehicle was towedWe are more than willing to provide her with pictures or even a live demonstration of how her vehicle was towed so she can fully understand that all wheels were raised off the ground *I have providrd a generic picture of the dolly wheels that where used on customers vehilce to better depict our point showing all wheels raised off the groundThank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
As per my owners MANUAL - MY CAR is NOT allowed to be on anything other than a flatbed
I have attached my cars OWNER MANUAL that came from my cars manufacturer, in addition I have attached proof from the TOWING EXPERTS that my car should only be on a trailer, and I have attached an article on how stuff works about four wheel drives and how they should be on a flat bedThis was never done and RIGHT AFTER I recovered my car there was damage right away after being improperly towed for over miles AS per jeep my transmission is damaged and my transfer case, which can only be damaged due to the tow that Dezba had done improperly.
I want my car repaired

I picked up my vehicle dont want nothing else to do with these people

The vehicle in question was recovered on 9/**/1230am, ** *** called in yesterday for the first time at 2:15pm as he stated in his complaintOur hours of operation are from 9am-2:30pm Monday-Friday, as is clearly stated on our voicemail and each of our clients have knowledge of our hours as
well** *** was at least minutes away from our location at the time he had calledWe advised him he could call back at 9am (today) which he has and he made an appointment for 230pm today (9/**/17) I am uncertain why he is filing a complaint to the Revdex.com as he never expressed any issues to us on the phone yesterday or today with our hours of operationFurther more the release paperwork in question he is referring to has to do with *** bank (which we have ZERO control over) *** sends us the release when the payments have been made and we schedule a pickup appointment when the debtor calls in to do soWe can not control when and how fast *** sends this release over to usAs far as our documentation being sent to ***, everything was sent to *** morning of the recovery prior to *** even openingWe apologize for any "barriers" ** *** may have ran into when trying to redeem his vehicle, however he is reclaiming his vehicle in timely manner (today) and any barriers ** *** has ran into has not been fault of Dezba Asset Recovery in our opinion

Your "Advice" is nothing compared to the actual facts that I have. You ask any mechanic they will explain to you the repercussions of towing a 4WD on a dolly. My car had a TLC inspection before the tow was done, my car was in perfect shape otherwise my car wouldn't be able to pass the inspection. The damages occurred from the tow , perhaps you should consult an EXPERT MECHANIC like I DID. I went to my dealership who had explained to me how your dolly broke my transmission and my transfer case, which can only occur when you tow a 4x4 , 4WD SUV without an ACTUAL FLATBED.

The vehicle was towed properly. We have been in the towing/recovery business for a combined total of 45 years + in OUR EXPERT opinion the vehicle was not damage due to us towing the vehicle. We are denying any claims made with regard to this vehicle

To whom it may concern,
The vehicle in question  was not towed inproperly, the car was not towed on a "tow dolly" such as the the ones you see behind a moving truck or rv,  The dolly wheels we use are specifically made for tow trucks and raise all 4 wheels off the ground. It is...

the same exact thing as the vehicle being on a flatbed. At no time did the towed vehicles wheels roll on the ground. We tried to explain this to the customer however she was not willing to understand. Also customer is not claiming any damage to the vehicles transmission or tires. The original complaint was filed that her "power steering was no good" so the fact of the vehicle being a "4x4"has no bearing on customers complaints. Also what customer is leaving out is this vehicle is registered and used as a NYC taxi cab which also means it endures more road abuse in NYC than an average vehicle due to the constant use. Customer keeps sending our office "how to tow your vehicle behind an RV" instructions. Again this  is not how the vehicle was towed. We are more than willing to provide her with pictures or even a live demonstration of how her vehicle was towed so she can fully understand that all 4 wheels were raised off the ground.   *I have providrd a generic picture of the dolly wheels that where used on customers vehilce to better depict our point showing all wheels raised off the ground.
Thank you

Review: My 2009 Toyota Matrix was repossesed on 2/**/2015. I. Did not have any knowledge it was going to happen because I reaffirmed the debt with toyota and they still took my vehicle. The car was taken to dezba these are the most rude, heartless and worst people I have ever debt with. I finally pay toyota on 3/*/2015 and my vehicle is released. I call dezba (2) hours after payment as instructed by Toyota. A rude person that would not give her name out answers and tell me to call on 3/*/2015 at 9am for an appointment. I call at 9 as instructed she is rude and tells me I must get there at 1130am. I left at 9am with two children that I couldn't send to school because Is very far to get back in time to pick them up from school. When finally make it to penn station ([redacted]) I call the company toilet them know that the next ronkonkoma bound trains leaves at 11:14 am. The person tells me well too bad because we are leaving early and can't help you. I begged for them to wait until the train arrived at [redacted] and they told me they couldn't wait and too bad. Then she started cursing at me and saying that's there is nothing they can do. Meanwhile my car has been there for (8) days and the fee is $40/day. I don't even have money left to feed my kids. With all this going on. All this happened after I paid $23.00 to board the train. These people at this business are very bad people and are just concerned about ripping people off by making it difficult to get your vehicle to keep charging money. I think is so unfair. I lost a day of work and my kids also missed school. Is not fair. The government has to do something about this business they have unfair practices to make people's lives difficult. Please help. All I'm asking is that these people get audited or watched they are very wrong at what they do.Desired Settlement: To remove the day I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle because of the weather and because I'm so far away. And just be fair to people. Without us you won't have a job or business..
