I had paid them full in $5000 to order and build me a 2014 Scion tC turbo kit and have not gotten nothing from them for over a year now
I order my kit on Apr 7 2019 and they just keep putting me off.

Desired Outcome

Called them and email them and they still do not replay back to me

Ordered a catback system, sent back to fix an issue and lost contact after 10 months of wait
I ordered a TRD quad tip exhaust from Dezod on the 10/18/18, I paid $1299 for it using paypal and my order number is XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. After a few weeks I contacted Chris *** to ask for an update on my order to which he answered that the exhausts were being manufactured, never being specific about my order in particular. After a few months, in February I finally got my exhaust shipped and delivered but it did not fit correctly so it was sent back to be corrected. The package sat at the FedEx in GA for weeks and then when finally picked up he complained about me sending the whole system and acted as if he was doing me a favor for fixing a manufacturing mistake that should not have happened in the first place. I offered to take measurements of my car myself to help but then he admitted it was his employee's fault through a facebook message. He would say a date or an estimated time for the system to be fixed but even after waiting twice the time agreed, I would not get any updates or information about delays. Chris would get rude and try to blame it on me when all I was doing was asking for updates. Chris stopped answering my facebook messages on April 22nd 2019 after saying that the system was going to be shipped the week after. I had to talk to his friend, whom offered to help me if any problems came up and acted as a mediator between Chris and I, he said the system was going to be done in two and a half weeks on May 7th 2019, I reached back on May 27th 2019, almost three weeks after the date agreed,I ended up calling Chris that day to which he said the exhaust was ready to ship. I emailed Chris on June 13th 2019 because I got no answer when I called. Chris answered in an aggressive way accusing me of sending threatening emails when I politely asked if my system was being built or I was getting my money back. Chris would keep giving made up dates for completion and even after waiting twice the time the system was not completed. On July 11th 2019, Chris said my system was completed and it was going to be shipped the next day. I waited a few days until I reached back asking for shipping information to which he answered it was going to be sent that evening. On July 19th 2019, I received a package containing not even half of the whole system, I was upset because I thought this was finally gonna be over with. I emailed Chris about it and he said it was probably a mistake and that the rest of the parts were on the way. I called him right after and he changed the reason saying he did not have a big enough box and that the rest was going to be shipped the next day and started arguing and talking over me because I had reached to his friend before and Chris at the same time. I only did this because he stopped answering my messages and calls. This was the last time I heard from him and I still have not received the remaining parts of my catback almost a month after this. I emailed him on July 30th 2019 and again on August 7th 2019, both times without receiving any answer.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund once I send the pieces in my possession back.

paid on 1/3/2019. As of 4/26/2019, product had not shipped. Contact with Chris *** was scary. He was ugly and defensive. Not at all professional at all.

Customer got a rerefund upon request. I have no idea what the problem is past this. When you call and treat people poorly don't be surprised when you are treated poorly. In the real world this is what happens. No one here believes that a customer service rep is rated by the amount of junk they will take off of a customer.

I purchased a turbo kit for my car 10 months ago. On the 6th month I only received 1 box containing 3 parts to kit not even a third of the whole kit. I've been in contact with Dezod from the beginning and was always told an excuse as to why my order was being delayed or told that it was almost done. I've lost my patience with this company so when I asked for a refund I was told that he didn't have my money but he had my parts. So after telling him to send my parts then since he had them I've gotten no response. I emailed him three days in a row now with no response and I just got an email saying that his email doesn't exist anymore and the Dezod website is gone now to. I've never been treated so poorly by a company. Especially when you spend thousands of dollars on their products.

I placed an order (Order Number: XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX) with Dezod motorsports on 09/04/2018. The business was effected by hurricane Michael in early October. I inquired with the business on 10/29/2018 on the status of my order; this is when I was informed (the following day 10/30/2018) my order had been impacted by hurricane Michael. At this time the business stated that my order had to be restarted.
I followed up with the business on 01/10/2019 in regards to my order status. The business stated they will research my order and provide a status the next business day. 7 days later (01/17/2019), after the business failed to follow up as stated, I inquired again with the business in regards to my order status. The business responded and stated that they will be shipping a portion of my order in a couple days and the remaining portion is still in process of being manufactured.
On 03/25/2019 I again followed up with the business in regards to my order, having not received a shipment from the business. The business responded the same day stating that they will investigate my order during normal business hours.
After 10 business (04/10/2019) days without a response to investigating my order, I requested the order to be cancelled and a full refund issued; also stated that I will be filing a FTC complaint and starting the process of filing fraud with my financial institution.
The company has since responded, to my request to cancel and refund the order, with "a company check for refund". The company has not responded to my inquiry where the check was sent to, the check number, and when the check was sent.
I do have an email chain detailing the conversations which I have had with the business since 10/29/2018. I found as I pressed the for more information and follow up the business owner became more and more distant, short and less punctual with responses in a timely manner. The business did bill me prior to shipment of the ordered product as well.

Last year in April I had ordered a custom car part that was over $1k and didn't receive the part for many months at the same time I have been in contact with them to be updated on the process. After months of waiting and continuous excuses of the delay in production I reached out to the company for a refund in which they gave me difficulties in refunding me the money. so I had to go through my bank to retrieve my money and was denied a refund because I had made a claim to receive my money back past the days required to make a claim from the bank. So now I've been back in touch with the company that I made the purchase with and they are still giving me a hard time to refund my money and keep giving me excuses on why they can't refund my money right away or just ignoring my emails and calls completely. As of now they have sent me an email with a fake unconnected customer service number and yet they swear that the number is legit. Today they had told me that their 'attorney? has written me a check and sent to my address. Which I thought was very odd for a company to go through the lengths of refunding a customers money. But when I responded and asked when it was sent and what the check number that was used is and I have yet to get a response.

Worst customer service ever If you buy anything custom from these people. They will tell you, it's all your fault it doesn't work and tell you to never contact them again. Took my car to two different shops to try and figure out why Dezod's ems was not working, both shops reached out to Dezod's support team and the owner. Same results both got the run around they didn't provide any help in fixing the issues and I'm stuck with a $2000 paper weight. I called the shop again and told them everything that's going on they told me that they were not contacted by any shops and that they shops are lying to me. When the shops can show me the messages that they sent. Dezod said that there products work perfect but even if it didn't they are not entitled to do anything and they don't have to do anything. That they will not refund anything and to never call them again. Told me to figure it out on my own.

Refund Full refund for the product. I've already spend double that taking to shops to get diagnosed. It's been 6 months of trouble shooting this company sold me garage it's definitely broken
