Review: On 6-22-14 [redacted] and I both signed a contract, which I paid 700.00 cash in advance and another 700.00 upon completion of the project a 45 ft Iron fence. I have been trying to get ahold of [redacted] at ###-###-#### several times regarding the fence and his phone recording states its not taking any incoming calls. I since found a alternate phone at ###-###-#### and spoke to some lady, whom stated [redacted] is out of state. The fence was suppose to be installed July 9th 2014 and I have not been able to get ahold of [redacted]. I would really appreciate it if someone can look into this matter. It appears I have been a victim of fraud.thank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of 700.00 back.
