Review: Our air conditioning system was installed by DFC HVAC Inc. approximately 4 weeks ago. The President, [redacted], received full payment for his services totaling $7,000. Since then, we have repeatedly asked him to provide us with the serial numbers of the indoor air conditioners so that we may register them with Fujitsu, as well as receive a rebate from Con Edison. We have also asked him to provide and install the filters for the air conditioners, without which we can not turn them on. [redacted] has repeatedly ignored calls and text messages over the course of the 4 weeks. When he was contacted from a different phone number, he stated that he was not going to provide us with the serial numbers as he does not keep track of them and that we should climb up and find it ourselves. He further stated that we will receive our filters when he himself desires to deliver them to us. At the end of the phone conversation on 9/**/2013, [redacted] raised his voice, stated that he did not have time for such conversations, and abruptly hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: We would like the necessary filters to be installed in the air conditioners, as well as to be provided with serial numbers for all installed units as soon as possible.
