Review: we were going to move into these apartments . filled out the app. paid 450 security deposit for a move in date of july 14. we went two weeks later to view the 2 bedroom apt and fund it wil be way too small for us. I requested two weeks ago to have my deposit. returned. and he said it will be 45 days. that too me is way too long. we are trying to secure another place and have money tied up into this place. I have tried to get the corporate number and have been refused . rep there said if we dont get it in 45 days to call. we will be moving the end of june and I sure dont want a check going to old address and we need the extra money to move. I want my money refunded as soon as possible NOT 45 DAYSDesired Settlement: WANT MONEY REFUNDED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. NOT 45 DAYS

We received a complaint from the Revdex.com today regarding your refund of your security deposit. The State of VA requires that deposit refunds be returned no more than 45 days from the time the final account statement is done. This is not a Blue Ridge / Orchards policy, it is VA Law.
