fluid $10, labor hours/$per hr $= $plus tax $15= $The work was completed and Ms*** picked up and paid for the work.A few days later Ms*** called to let me know that the power steering pump hadnTtmade any difference in the steering problemI told her I would check into the other optionsand get back to herWhen she called back and got my secretary Michele who she left amessage for me to call her withMichele was off the next day and I did not get the message tocall Ms*** backThe next communication was from your office.Ms*** contacted me and brought her vehicle into my shop on November 15, 2016.After some checking, I found that the power steering pump was defectiveThe pump wasreplaced and after a test drive it drives and steers goodMichele called her to request her leavethe vehicle overnight because she stated it happened more when it was cold and I wanted totest it in the morning before it was drivenThis was okay with her.November 16, 2016, I test drove the Camry and the steering was goodMichele contacted Ms.*** and advised her of same and she will be over to pick up the vehicle after 2:30pm
