*** said: Then months later I get an email demanding I pay her for the product she still has possession of and other monies she spent that had nothing to do with me? I'm open to assisting her with her product anyway possible but a refund months later in this situation is not an optionMy Response: I requested in the email (added to my initial complaint) for a partial refund since he talked me out of the canceling the contract initially and did't fulfill his end of the bargain - mentoring, and offered to return the packageI have moved on to something else so I'm not interested in the business anymore but would like to recoup a portion of my loss as much as possible

Review: Fell as a victim of online home-based business when I became suddenly unemployed due down-sizing. DFILive offered income generating business with $11KOn 11/4/13, I requested for biz information online, immediately got a call from a gentle who told me to listen to a conference call, then 3-wayed me with another man who spoke about the 3 pricing levels, the highest & of course the best was for $11 plus. Having just lost my job a month prior, afraid, desperate & stupid, looking for ways to care for my children, I charged $11K+ on my PNC Home Equity Line same day. I was crying while giving him the card information and the man ([redacted]) was assuring me that I'd be able to pay it off in about 3 months if I'm coachable and follow the training. The terms & conditions stated that transaction can be cancelled within 3 days after which no refund. So I cancelled within 2 days into the contract by called the bank to cancel the transaction. [redacted] called me back the 3rd day to re-convince me and offered to buy me $500 worth of leads. That was the last time I heard from him, there was no one-on-one training, no coaching which was what I thought comes with the highest level service I ordered. I called & emailed him even when I had I prospect he could have helped with but he never got back with me. I lost all hope & interest, felt I was all alone $11K gone down the drain. Apparently, I didnt realize that training in this business is calling into a conference line and listening to a bunch of people tell their stories without specific gainful strategies. After 3-5 months of trying to figure out how to work the biz out on my own with no success & having to wake up each morning with fear & anxiety, I decided to continue with job hunting and throw the towel in on this biz opportunity.I recently about 1 or 2 weeks ago sent another email to [redacted] requesting for a refund of $9K to pay down my Heloc (& pay $2K+ for been stupid), of course I (know I wouldn't) didn't get a reply from [redacted].Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

Having paid the following in the process of trying to buy and establish my business:-Coastal Travel Business: $11200-DFILive website maintenance for 4 mos: $69/monthly-[redacted] live conference: $350I am requesting a settlement of $9000 from:[redacted]Decide Freedom[redacted]
