We were buying a new home got a quote for home insurance ,Nichole ** O*** quoted one price but gave escrow another amount !!! so that's prices didn't call us or email us! I asked for a copy of email sent to escrow after times asking Nichole ** O*** ,I got a email not the same quote! As Nichole *O*** gave us,So I emailed her back Nichole *O*** told me she left a voice message (no she didn't) lie #they have a christian fish and bible verse on web page!! so she change quote not back to same amount Nichole ** O*** said she couldn't put the amount back to what she quoted us the 1st time ,because she looked at the amount wrong!! How is that ? (No call or email to us about price change)so now its another amount all in all I got prices I didn't ok with this DFI -D*** Family Insurance Services Norco,Ca !! Now my house has closed escrow and it's not the SAME QUOTE !! They sent over another quote at the last minuet with out mine or my husband knowledge again this a a Christian company dishonest company ??? With the fish symbol on web page lies, lies, they have all high reviews how when *** Family Insurance took money from us that we were unaware of and called escrow and changed the premium on us DISHONEST CHRISTIAN COMPANY !!!!!!!!!
