Review: Customer service out source, refused to provide names or id numbers. 1st call asked for manager, on hold for twenty minutes and call was ended, 2nd call asked for manager same on hold twenty minutes call ended, 3rd call was the first name I was given as "[redacted]" but refused to provide employees id #. Was very rude and unhelpful. I asked for a representative in America based call center, held for twenty minutes and call was ended. I emailed support asking for a direct number to supervisor with no response.Desired Settlement: Immediately refund to charged card
