DFOHome.com

I was searching for an Eagle Nest Hammock on google. DFOhome.com's website was the first on the list. it was an "Ad" site. The headline read: "Hammocks by Eagle Nest - Summer Sale - Extra $30 off" When I clicked on the link, there was nothing mentioned about $30 off. The hammocks were no cheaper than any other site. I called customer service, the lady said "there is no $30 off hammocks and I'm not responsible for what comes up on google". Yes, I have a screenshot of the Ad link on google.
This is a classic example of false advertising. They can say anything in order to get to the top of the search engines! How is this allowed?

Completely dissatisfied with this company. Placed online order for Outdoor Rug on 9/28/15. Immediately received confirmation with order number. My Credit Card charged same day, 9/8 ..No further communication regarding ship date, etc. Made inquiry 9/22 via "Contact Us" page on website...no response. Telephoned 9/28 spoke with rep.. she said there was a "glitch" in my order and she supposedly resubmitted.. said it would ship out that day 9/22 and arrive 2-3 business days... I asked for email acknowledgement and shipping confirmation... did not receive. As of today, 10/1/15 still no word!!! I sent another email, 10/1, with all of this info and requested someone call me, which they promptly did. They told me that the item I ordered has been DISCONTINUED and that my order was CANCELED. I was NEVER notified of this, and to date, 10/1, I have NOT been issued a credit on my credit card. I have asked for an email confirmation that my order has been canceled and credit issued. I am currently awaiting that email, but I just have a sinking feeling that this is NOT a reputable company, based on the service, or lack of, that I have received.
