Review: I had my XL Tommy Hilfiger button down collared shirt laundered through DFS on 4/11/14. It came back with multiple green stains all through it. I brought it back to the retail location and requested the issue be addressed. They issued a "discrepancy ticket #[redacted] and assured me that DFS would contact me about the damage to my item. That was on May 10, 2014. A number of weeks later, I went back to the retail location to let them know I hadn't heard from anyone about the issue. They assured me they would inform their manager. It is now June 29, 2014, and I still have heard NOTHING from anyone about my damaged item.Desired Settlement: Full replacement value for my damaged dress shirt.
