I called the customer and tried to find out if there was anything we could do for them. They took their vehicle to Fort Worth Audi and they would not give them a loaner vehicle. The vehicle was never here. Regardless of that, I told the customers that we will provide loaner
vehicles if the vehicle is in here for routine maintenance. They started yelling and being very rude to me. I gave them a scenario to see what level they were interpreting our loaner vehicles with. I asked them if their vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident and after filing with their insurance company, the repair facility tells them it will take them two months to complete the repairs.....do you feel that now you can come to our location, tell us your vehicle was in an accident and is taking two months to fix, then we will just give you a car to drive for free? They stated "yes". So we do not and have never promised that no matter what happens in life to their Audi, any circumstance whatsoever, we will provide a loaner vehicle. We don't provide that service. We did not offer anything to them in writing to make such exception and are simply going off word of mouth and how they interpreted it. When I asked them if there was anything that I could do to make them happy....(a good faith gesture) they said "NO". Call was disconnected and no further contact has been made by either party

I am rejecting this response because:
Parts of what this representative from Audi DFW said is trueHe did call and asked if there was anything that they could do to keep us as a customerWe told him noWe could not trust their word and we would take our business to another dealerWe did not bring the car to the DFW Audi dealership because the Audi Roadside Assistant told us where the closest dealership wasWe did contact the sales representative who sold us the car who is still at DFW AudiWe were not rude nor were we yellingWe explained to MrTennerson the events that have occurred this year which led us to purchasing a new vehicleWe were trying to explain to him why their lie was such a big dealIn the scenario MrTennerson gave about whether we expected Audi to provide a loaner if our vehicle was in the shop for two months, we did say yesWhy? Because their sales representative said they guaranteed a loaner if our car was serviced at an Audi dealershipSo if you guarantee something, we do expect you to stand by that promise!! We explained that my wife suffers from PTSD and other various mental disordersWe also explained that we suffered through a miscarriage this summerThe fact that they offered that guarantee made us very happy because it would reduce the stress of being down one vehicle or securing a rentalTo most people, this may not seem like a big deal BUT when you have a family member who has issues with anxiety amongs other things, this is an incredibly huge ordeal** *** then stated that his wife has had miscarriages and PTSDEither ** *** is the most insensitive person in the history of the world, or he is lying about his wifeNo mature adult would ever throw a statement like that back at a woman who just had a miscarriageAll we wanted ** *** to do was to hear us outWe told him several times, and the Audi North America customer representative, that we do not want anything in returnWe just want them to know we are not going back to that business and whyWhile stating this to ** *** on the call, he hung upWe did notWe were on a speaker phone on a counter the entire time and did not touch the phoneI will never recommend anyone to go to DFW AudiTheir customer service is horrible and their word means nothing
