Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Yes, I signed an "As Is" paper I know there is nothing legal that can be done, but as was described in detail, there were specific DISHONEST actions taken by the dealer/seller to make the vehicle appear in better working condition that what it was My intent is to have this documented so that when something dishonest is done AGAIN by this company, that there is a record/trend of the way they handle business and that maybe the next person will be able to use my misfortune to help their case I believe what-goes-around-comes-around and that the lack of character of these people will catch up to them soon! The only documentation I have is the contract I sent. My problem with the whole thing is there was no phone number anywhere on the contract and the problem with mailing the merchandise back is how would I have known they received it since there was no way to call anyone and once I finally got a number for them they gave me a total run around. I'm not asking for any money back or my [redacted] vacuum cleaner, I just want out of the contract, that's all. I am so displeased with this company as whole and even if im not granted what I want I hope people are aware of what this company is about. Thank you

In reply to [redacted]’s complaint.  I 1st want to say I was looking at the documents he showed as proof of buying it from My dealership.  The one document he did not supply that he signed was the “as is statement”.  This document is required by law to be signed by the customer and...

the box checked was the NO WARRANTY.  So just to show that we didn’t want [redacted] to feel like he had been wronged we offered to fix the issue with our mechanic at our cost.  [redacted] declined so we offered him the money which was 300.00 which was our cost of the repair plus labor cost he accepted this and we have his acceptance via TEXT Message.  To take this a step further [redacted] never contacted us back with this complaint he went straight to the Revdex.com so there was no additional discussion with him what so ever that he was unsatisfied.  However once we received your letter concerning the complaint we contacted [redacted]s and again offered him an additional 100.00 back to ease his burden but only after he withdraws his complaint from the Revdex.com, he has agreed again and it will be in writing this time as it was last time.  Thank You [redacted],  as soon as this reply has been posted back with [redacted] he will be withdrawing the complaint.  Thank You for your time in the matter and can you please keep me notified once this has be rebutted.    [redacted] DFW Auto Source 817-863-1352
