At some points, it was a bumpy roadDennis and I exchanged emails and concerns after my installation, Dennis made everything perfectThat is saying something as my installation was easily hours away from their locationDFW Home Theatre is an excellent vendor, customer service is first class, and they will build a system that fits your budget, while supplying top quality productsI told Dennis when I wrote this review, that there would be a bad side; here it isThe remote they install cannot be programmed by anyone but their staff (or other registered suppliers)This is not such a big deal; I switched from DISH to DIRECTV and had to have them come out and re-program the remote$No gripes, their tech's are first class and you get far more from their visit than what you called forIt is money well spentAnd, I have to admit, the remote is pretty cool! Do not hesitate to have Dennis quote your system; you will get awesome products, and even better service and supportPJD
