engine for a discounted price of $1,*** *** waived the 3% credit card fee*** *** never charged the customer a core charge of $therefore no refund of core deposit is dueIn lieu of core deposit customer placed credit card on file with *** *** to secure the coresAttached are email correspondence from the customers party. Attached is the *** *** credit/debit card authorization form that has been signed by the customer in which states multiple times that ALL SALES ARE FINAL*** *** does provide our customers with the option to return the unused/uninstalled product within days of original purchase date for a refund minus 15% restocking feeCustomer installed and used the product therefore it does not meet the requirements for a returnTerms are listed on the customers receipt as well. Attached is the *** *** warranty and return policyWarranty and return policy is listed on the customers receipt as well*** *** provides a year unlimited mileage warranty on all *** ***s products onlyCustomer advised that the first set of injectors were bad*** ***s immediately sent out a second set of injectors in without receiving the first set of injectors for inspection in attempt to help the customer outCustomer then stated the second set of injectors were badCustomer stated they would send both set of remanufactured injectors back and demanded a refund*** *** advised customer that *** *** has never had a full set of “Bad” or ‘Problematic” injectors and that *** *** has hundreds of satisfied customers with 100% positive feedback for thousands of our remanufactured injectors*** *** advised customer we would inspect the injectors and perform necessary warranty work and return a set (8) remanufactured LBZ Injectors as agreedCustomer demanded refund*** *** received both sets of LBZ injectors and upon inspection determined injectors where damaged during install of *** *** productUpon inspection *** *** found debris and damaged seals in several injectors caused from improper installation causing them to malfunctionIt shall be noted that customer had remanufactured LBZ injectors on hand and even after improper installation customer had enough injectors functioning properly on hand to repair the vehicleCustomer demanded full refund so customer could purchase new fuel injectors instead of remanufactured fuel injectors*** *** declined a full refund*** *** did make several attempts to satisfy the customer by offering to meet our obligation under our warranty policyCustomer declined all offers.Furthermore, it shall be noted that customer fraudulently filed a case on the original payment transaction stating that the original purchase was an unauthorized transaction in order to fraudulently receive a refund*** *** currently has no funds from customer for this purchase but is vigorously fighting against this fraudulent action by the customer Respectfully, *** ***
