DFW Medical Recruiter Reviews (2)

I would say that I'm shocked by what *** has written but honestly I'm not. Before *** and I even began her first words to me on the phone were "I hope you don't want part time, because I don't do part time at all." I told her I was looking to go to the next level and needed a full time salaried admin assistant that could help get us there, I told her that I felt that finding people took a certain type of person and I wasn't sure that I had that skill*** found me three people in about a month, the first wasa retiree with zero medical experience and she didn't want full time employment period. The second was a woman who *** set up a very quick lunch meeting with, *** has zero respect for our schedules and acts as if we should be at her beck and call, long story short the first candidate cancelled the day of because they found her a new position at her current company. The third candidate asked for a lunch meeting, I told *** that I was booked for lunch but could meet her at Saltgrass for dinnerI later found out threw *** that the females husband felt it unprofessional to meet for dinner on the first meetingAgain none of these three candidates had any medical experienceI paid someone to help out, the last employee quit on a Saturday and I needed someone immediately for Monday so I found a fill in over the weekend, who was not a candidate for the Administrative Assistant position, however she does have medical experience as an MA.*** told not only me but the retiree that she did not do temporary hires periodThe retiree could fill in a couple of days a week and was pretty sharp when it came to office setup, so I asked *** if I could utilizer her for that and she provided me her numberAt no point in time did I ever go behind her back and try to hire this person as a fill inAfter the retiree was there for about weeks and not full weeks, again she doesn't want to work full time, *** came to me saying that she would charge me half of what she makes an hour or I told her that I wish she would have told me this upfront.*** *** has not only wasted my time by not finding me candidates that I requested, but after sending me a bill at 9pm that evening began texting the retiree and saying horrible things about me, by the very next day this woman then began emailing my girlfriend horrible things about me as if I told her she wasn't going to get paidI then told *** that I didn't feel comfortable paying her because she doesn't do part time help and if I was to pay her for such service would she be able to find me a substitute should she not be able to make her days a week usual until we find a full time personThe answer was noIn fact the contract that she is mentioning was to be for a full time employeeAfter all this she then insisted that I pay her a check to her personally not a company and by the very next day or it would go up to some ridiculous amount like People need to know that this woman is not only incompetent but unethical, insisting funds for a part time positons that she can not replaceI've looked on the wed trying to find anything on her or her company and there is zero, I'm curious if it's a real company and if she is hiding taxes from the governmentShe claims that she did a wonderful job for us but only found us maybe people and the last was an MA (medical assistant) who works at a bar at night and had not intention of quitting in fact she liked to sleep in till on Mondays because of how late she was working Sundays,(per ***)None of these candidates had any medical experience and the one that did was not a consideration in fact none of them were a consideration for the full time role of administrative assistantThis woman keep trying to set up meeting immediately in fact she tried to set them up before she checked with candidatesOn more than one occasion she set up a meeting and the candidate could not make itShe wants to blame everyone but herself but she has lost all crediability with me, I only want to three things, for this woman to have it recorded that she claims one thing then hits you up for moneyMake sure she is paying taxes for these services and to go awayI only want to do business with credible and professional people and for her to email/text the retiree and my girlfriend with in hoursis crazy

I was contacted by [redacted] asking if I would help her boyfriend find a person for his office.   After speaking with [redacted] he said he was desperate for someone and had no one in his office and also said that his last long-term employee had no medical experience. So, with [redacted]'s...

permission and his job description I began looking.  I immediately found him a person that could work until he found someone-[redacted]-early retiree. I sent him five qualified candidates that met his criteria but he could only find time to interview with one. The first three declined the interview with him when he wanted to meet them at a steak restaurant. I suggested that a better spot would be at a Starbucks or similar cafe if he did not want to interview at his office.  It was then that I found out that he had an employee in his office--not as he said--no one. I continued trying to work with him at this point. I do have a contract that clients must sign before I help them. This is to protect me from people like [redacted] who are not professional and honest.   In my contract I state my terms that if he employs anyone that I send to him that he will pay me 8 1/2 % of their annual income.  It also states that my minimum fee is $1,500. No client owes a fee unless they employ someone. He did employ [redacted] as a permanent part time employee. For most weeks she was there 4 days each week. She was there for a number of weeks and so I billed him only $500 for her hours worked. She was still employed there and is still employed there now. He said that he would give me a 'reward' for [redacted] but that is all.  I told him that I charge a fee and I do not get rewarded.  So, I told him (as I had previously told him verbally) that he can just pay my minimum fee of $1,500 and then he would not have to pay me by the hours worked. Also, finding [redacted] to work for him was a huge challenge and she was the type of person that I knew could step in and help him without much training.  She is an early retiree and has a strong employment record. Even though he says that he could not have made it without [redacted] he also says that I did not do anything for him and discounts [redacted]'s contribution to his office. His statement that he sent me a contract is ludicrous.  He does not have a contract and I was never presented with one  The recruiter has the contract which I emailed to him and he immediately signed.  Also, I did not state that it would take several months to find someone.  But for him, because he kept putting up roadblocks, it was taking a long time. I finally decided after he refused to pay me for [redacted] that he most likely did not have the ability to pay and so I told him that according to my contract, which he signed, that he owed me, at minimum--the minimum fee of $1,500. The whole l time I was working with him I was very generous regarding my time, effort, and fee. He did pay my minimum fee on April 15, 2016 because he knew that he owed it.  I did help him by providing [redacted], whom he employed and I had other qualified candidates that he never interviewed. He says that I  came by the office and harassed them.  I stopped by and met [redacted].  I had never met [redacted] and I also met the other person in the office named [redacted].  I was there for no more than 10 minutes and it was a very cordial meeting. One other time I came by to see if [redacted] was there--because neither [redacted] nor [redacted] would let me know the hours that she was working.  [redacted] was just arriving at his office and I went in and had a cordial conversation with him. I have never harassed anyone but I did tell [redacted] that [redacted] did owe me a fee--she was trying to tell him and me that he did not owe me because she was 'temporary'. So I told her on text message that if he does not pay me that she can no longer work there. That is all.  As far as I am concerned this bad experience is in the past.  I have never contacted them again and I do not intend to do so. But, if he employs any one of the persons whose resumes that I sent to him, then he will owe me for that fee.  I think that was his plan all along  He would gather qualified candidates, then create a ruckus with me and then not pay me but use my candidates. I did this entirely as a favor to [redacted]. When I was in business I 'fired' employers who were like [redacted] and I refused to work for them.  This complaint to the Revdex.com is his attempt to hurt me because I insisted on payment.  If he did not owe it then why did he pay?
